what we do
Tree removal in Buffalo, WNY & Rochester
Some trees just have to come down. Maybe it’s dead. Maybe a storm cracked it. Maybe it leans over the house and you don’t sleep well when it’s windy. Whatever the reason, we take it down safely, one piece at a time, without wrecking your yard or the neighbor’s fence. Then we clean up every branch and haul it away.
A dead or damaged tree is a falling tree that just hasn’t happened yet. When it goes, it lands on whatever is under it, like your roof, your car, or a power line. We look at the tree, work out the safest way to bring it down, and rope the big pieces down slowly so nothing drops where it shouldn’t.

Why Choose Us
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does tree removal cost in Buffalo & WNY?
It depends on the tree. A small tree in an open yard is quick and cheap. A big tree leaning over the house needs more people, more gear, and a lot more care, so it costs more. Around here most removals land somewhere between a few hundred dollars and a couple thousand. The only way to know your price is to have us take a look, and that look is free.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree in my town?
In most towns around Buffalo and Rochester, you do not need a permit to take down a tree on your own property. A few towns have rules for trees near the road or on older, protected lots. If yours does, we’ll tell you before we start and help you sort it out. Not sure? One quick call to your town hall settles it.
Are you insured for tree removal work?
Yes. We carry both liability and workers’ comp insurance, and we’ll hand you the certificate before anyone climbs. This matters more than people realize. If an uninsured crew gets hurt in your yard, that bill can land on your homeowner’s policy. Always ask to see it, whether from us or anyone else.
How long does a tree removal take?
Most single trees are done in a few hours. A big tree right next to the house, or a whole group of trees, can take the full day. When we give you the price, we’ll also tell you how long it will take and how many people are coming.
Can you grind the stump as well?
We can grind the stump the same day we take the tree down. We grind it a few inches below the ground so you can lay grass, plant something, or just forget it was ever there. No ugly stump left behind.
What happens to the wood and debris?
Cleanup is always included. We haul away every branch and log. Want to keep the wood? Just say so. We’ll cut it to firewood size or leave the wood chips for your yard, no extra charge.
